TOLEEL USA LLC, doing business as Toleel (“Toleel”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates this store and the website at toleel.com, including all information, content, products and services offered through it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact and account details — your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number.
• Order and payment details — the items you buy, your order history, and billing information. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processors, Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
• Messages you send us — anything you write to us by email, through our contact form, or on social media.
• Marketing preferences — whether you have asked to hear from us, and how you engage with our emails.

Information collected automatically

• Device information — browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, language setting, IP address, advertising and device identifiers, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Browsing activity — the pages you view, how long you stay, where you arrived from, your path through the store, and whether you open our emails or click their links.
• Session recordings — anonymised playbacks of how visitors navigate the store, used to fix usability problems. Text entered into forms, including addresses and payment details, is masked and never captured.

We gather this using cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains which ones we use and how to turn the optional ones off.

Information from other sources

• Social platforms. We run pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. When you interact with those pages, the platform may pass information about that interaction to us.
• Partners and public sources. We may receive information from advertising and marketing partners, analytics providers, shipping carriers, and publicly available records.

How We Use Your Information

• Running the store. To take and fulfil your order, process payment, arrange delivery, handle returns and refunds, and perform our obligations under our Terms of Service.
• Talking to you. To answer questions, provide customer support, confirm orders, send shipping updates, and issue service notices.
• Improving and protecting the store. To understand what customers respond to, personalize your experience, fix problems, keep the site secure, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Research and analysis. To analyse performance and develop new features, often using aggregated or de-identified data.
• Marketing. To send promotional emails about new arrivals, seasonal edits, sales and offers, where you have signed up or the law permits. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Advertising. To show you and similar people our ads on platforms including Google and Meta, which may involve sharing limited information so they can match audiences.
• Legal and compliance. To meet legal and tax obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and protect the rights, property and safety of Toleel, our customers and the public.

Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who We Share Information With

• Service providers — our ecommerce platform (Shopify), hosting and IT, email and SMS delivery, customer support, analytics, and shipping carriers.
• Payment processors — Shopify Payments and PayPal collect and process your payment details directly, under their own privacy policies.
• Shopify. Our store runs on Shopify, so your information is transmitted to and processed by Shopify to provide and improve the store, including features that support personalized advertising across merchants. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.
• Advertising partners — companies that collect information through cookies on our site. Under some U.S. state laws this is treated as a “sale” or “sharing for targeted advertising”.
• Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, auditors, bankers and insurers, where needed to advise us.
• Authorities and other parties — where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or protect any person.
• In a business transaction — if TOLEEL USA LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets or similar transaction, customer information may be transferred as part of it.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your Rights and Choices

Marketing emails. Stop receiving marketing email any time via the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing sales@toleel.com. You will still receive transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations.

Cookies and tracking. Refuse or delete non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie banner. Our Cookie Policy sets out the full controls.

Requests about your information. Depending on where you live, you may ask us to confirm and provide a copy of the information we hold, correct wrong information, delete information we no longer need, stop selling or sharing your information for targeted advertising, or restrict certain uses. Email sales@toleel.com with your first and last name and the email you used to order. We will verify your identity before acting, and you will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Complaints and appeals. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, write to sales@toleel.com. Depending on where you live, you may also appeal or complain to your state attorney general or data protection authority.

Notice for California Residents

If you are a California resident, this section applies to you and overrides anything inconsistent elsewhere. In the past twelve months we have shared, and continue to share, California residents' personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under the CCPA this counts as “selling” and “sharing”, even though we receive no money for it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Categories collected in the past twelve months: identifiers (name, postal address, email, phone, IP address, online identifiers); customer records under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e); commercial information (products bought, considered or returned); internet and network activity; geolocation data; audio and visual information (such as photos you send for a return); and inferences about your preferences.

Your California rights. You may know what we have collected, correct inaccuracies, delete information we collected from you, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Email sales@toleel.com with your first and last name, or use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer. Browsing with Global Privacy Control enabled also opts you out automatically. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, within the meaning of Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83.

Notice for Other U.S. State Residents

If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, this section applies as that law takes effect. We do not use your personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To the extent your state's law provides, you may confirm and access the information we process, correct inaccuracies, delete information we hold, and opt out of its sale or processing for targeted advertising. Other Websites

Our store links out to websites run by other companies. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for what those sites do with your information — read their policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational and administrative safeguards to protect personal information. Our checkout runs over an encrypted connection and card data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have, we will delete it. Contact sales@toleel.com if you believe a child has given us their information.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Toleel is a United States business and ships only within the United States. Information you submit is processed in the United States. Some service providers operate in other countries, where legal protections may differ.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it, or as the law requires. Order and transaction records are kept for the period required by U.S. tax and accounting rules. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period so we can honour your opt-out.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here.
