1. About These Terms

toleel.com is operated by TOLEEL USA LLC, doing business as Toleel. Throughout these terms, “Toleel”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TOLEEL USA LLC, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or buys from it.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and everything we offer through it — the store, the content, the tools and the customer service (together, the “Service”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the other policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Exchange, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

Please read them before you order. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you are shopping, browsing, or contacting us in any other capacity. Any new feature or tool we add to the store will be covered by them too. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page, and the “Last updated” date will tell you when we last did so. Continuing to use the site after we post a change means you accept it.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that lets us sell to you.

2. Using the Store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your state, to buy from us. If you are a parent or guardian and you allow a minor in your care to use the site, you are responsible for their activity on it.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaks the law where you live. Specifically, you may not:

  • use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or encourage anyone else to break the law;
  • violate any federal, state or local law, rule or regulation;
  • infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, defame or discriminate against any person on any basis, including gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability;
  • submit false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
  • upload or transmit viruses, worms or any other malicious code;
  • collect or track other people's personal information;
  • send spam, or phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape the site;
  • use the site for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
  • interfere with, disable or circumvent the security features of the site or any connected network.

You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Service, or any content on the site, without our written permission. Breaking any of these rules ends your right to use the Service immediately.

3. Orders, Products and Pricing

Some products are available only through this website, and quantities may be limited. We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor or phone exactly matches the item in your hand.

Prices, product descriptions and availability can change at any time, without notice, at our discretion. We may limit the quantity of any product a person, household or order can buy, and we may stop selling a product entirely. Any offer we make on this site is void where it is prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to decline any order. We may cancel or limit orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers or distributors, or that share a customer account, credit card, billing address or shipping address with other suspicious orders. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to reach you at the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us at checkout.

You agree to give us accurate, current and complete purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date — including your email address and payment details — so that we can process your order and reach you if something goes wrong. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

4. Accuracy of Information on the Site

The material on this site is provided for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we are not responsible if it turns out to be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and you should not rely on it as your only source when making a decision. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Occasionally something on the site may contain a typographical error, inaccuracy or omission — in a product description, a price, a promotion, a shipping charge, a delivery estimate or an availability statement. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change or update information, or cancel an order, at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed the order.

5. Third-Party Tools, Links and Content

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. We provide access to them “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties or endorsement of any kind, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. The site may also contain links to other companies; those links are not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, products or services of any third-party site.

6. Feedback and Submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs or any other material (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use that material in any medium, at any time, without restriction and without compensating you. You confirm that anything you send us is your own and violates no one's rights, contains nothing unlawful or defamatory, and carries no malware. You are solely responsible for the comments you make.

7. Your Personal Information

Any personal information you give us through the store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results you get from it will be accurate or reliable. Except where we have expressly stated otherwise, the Service and every product delivered through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither TOLEEL USA LLC nor our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors will be liable for any injury, loss or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs — arising from your use of the Service or of any product bought through it. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TOLEEL USA LLC and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — brought by a third party because you breached these Terms or the documents they incorporate, or because you violated any law or the rights of another person.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until either you or we end them. You can end them at any time by ceasing to use the site. If we reasonably suspect that you have failed to comply with any part of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice, and deny you access to all or part of the Service.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law permits, and the unenforceable part will be treated as severed. The remaining provisions stay in full force.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies we publish on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and they replace any earlier agreement or proposal, written or verbal. If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Changes to These Terms

The current version of these Terms is always on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them at our discretion by posting the revision here. Continuing to use the site after a change is posted means you accept it.
